Rowan Cottage is well equipped to a high standard with everything you need for a perfect holiday.

All bed linen and towels are provided.  A travel cot and high chair are also kept in the cottage if required (please bring own linen for cot).

The cottage is heated throughout with Total Control heating system, which also provides the hot water. Each room can be individually controlled. Electricity is charged separately by meter readings.

 

The spacious lounge has a full length panoramic window on the south facing side, giving fine views over the Sound of Mull to the hills beyond. The other windows and raised balcony provide excellent views over the golf course and surrounding countryside. The dining area provides generous seating for six.

The recently extended kitchen is superbly equipped with a good selection of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware to make the “masterchef” feel right at home, while preparing those special holiday breakfasts & dinners.

 

There is garden furniture in the patio area for that relaxing drink or “dining-out”, while garden seats to the side and rear of the cottage provide tranquil and relaxing views over the fields and woodland. A good variety of books are provided, in addition to guides and maps of Mull to make it easy to plan your trips on the Island. Various games and jigsaws are kept in the cupboard below the bookcase, for both the young and not so young.

 

Rowan Cottage is a charming house and makes an ideal base for exploring the beautiful island of Mull, whether you prefer an active holiday or just want to switch off and chill out, and of course is ideal for a golfing break.

 

The cottage is let on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday). Please contact the owners direct for availability and costs.
